Seasonal Support Warranty by Elite Christmas Lights

At Elite Christmas Lights, we take pride in providing exceptional holiday lighting services. All our decorations supplied are warrantied for the Christmas season under normal holiday seasonal usage.

Warranty Coverage:

• The Christmas Warranty begins from the date of installation and extends until December 24th.
• Service/Support calls are included as part of our comprehensive lease program.
• Some exceptions may apply.

What is Not Covered Under the Warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by human error, pets, rodents, acts of nature, theft, vandalism, or client-added products. In such cases, the decorations will be replaced at an additional cost. Please note that if your support visit falls outside the warranty coverage, you may be responsible for the associated costs, and by submitting the request, you approve the visit.

Christmas Support for Lighting or Decor Outages

If you experience issues with your holiday lighting or decor, such as more than two bulbs not working or complete outages, please follow these steps:

1. Fill out the online support form completely. Please do not text or leave a voice message for support requests.
2. The online form submission guarantees that a work order will be entered for our technician.
3. Providing the required information is mandatory, as it allows us to bring the proper tools, materials, and route our technician accordingly.
4. Once we receive your online support request, we will schedule a dedicated technician visit to fix your display.
5. We will perform the required support visits/service calls to resolve these issues within 24-48 hours.
